Shareholders in the Mount Lyoll Mining and Railway Company are notified that a dividend of Is per share has been declared. An extraordinary general meeting or tho Dome Creek Gold Dredging Company, Limited (in liquidation), is to be held at the office of tho liquidator, Mr J. M. Butt, Customhouse quay, on tho 12th inst. GOLD RETURNS. PRESS ASSOCIATION. DUNEDIN, December 1. During the week ended to-day returns have been reported from fifty-seven dredges, the total yield being 13090 z lodwt Cgr, or an average of 220 z por dredge.
