CHARGE OF MURDER.
PKES3 ASSOCIATION. NAPIER, November 29. The hearing of the charge of murder agains T. F. Blooro and M ary Ann Mills was resumed this morning. Dr floss said that there was nothing in tho appearance of tlie body to lead to tho conclusion that the deceased, Lottie Ancell, had caused her own death. Had the condition of affairs disclosed by his examination of deceased been present before Lottie Ancoll left Napier, she would have died hero instead of at Waipawa, as she would not have been able to travel. Other doctors also gave evidence. Tho case will bo resumed on Monday.
