Voters will please note that the last alteration in the’ boundaries of the district secures it against any attempt at placing any new license in the Electorate. ' ■ With respect to the renewal of any license, it may be observed that the only license that could possibly be removed to any other part of the district would be one of the five, viz.: The Newtown Hotel The Park Hotel The Kilbirnie Hotel The Grosvenor Hotel The Island Bay Hotel which are'in the Electorate, and each and all ot them are worth ten times more to the proprietors where they are than if placed . in any other suburb of the Electorate, for Newtown contains the smallest number of licenses in any Electorate in proportion to the , population.
