PHES3 ASSOCIATION. LONDON. November 23. The mansion of St. Cloud, at Powick, Worcestershire, belonging to Earl Beauchamp, formerly Governor of New South Wales, and occupied by Lady Catbcrino Berkley, has been burned to the ground. Tho inmates escaped in their night attire. Some of the pictures and furniture on the ground floor were saved. Earl Beauchamp was a spectator of the fire. AUCKLAND, November 24. The Criterion Hotel at Otahuhu, owned by Mr Seccombo, and of which Mrs Robinson was licensee, was, with its contents, destroyed by fire early yesterday morning. The store and residence of Mr J. S.
