THEIR VISIT TO HOLLAND. THE HAGUE, August 21. Generals Botha, Do la Roy and Do Wot had a three-hours’ interview with Mr Kruger at Utrecht, in Holland. The ex-PrSsidont closely questioned them as to tho attitude of tho burghers under tho new regime, and expressed himself disappointed at tiheir replies. A member of tho local committee hoped tho Boer Republics would soon be re-established. Tho Generals ignored the remark. The . extremists in Holland are irritated at their attitude.

The Generals have abandoned their tour in Holland, and wiu return to England immediately. General Do Wet has completed his history of tho war.
