MR KRUGER’S FOLLOWERS.
LONDON, August 13
The '“Daily Telegraph” states that owing to tho opposition of Generals Botha, De Wet and Do la Boy, the proposed conference of Boer 1 leaders has been abandoned; also tho scheme for the formation of an irreconcilable party. Mr Kroger and his’followers hope thus to conciliate Great Britain and strengthen their chance of returning to South Africa.
