WELLINGTON PRODUCES ITS SHARE—THIS COMES EROM WELLINGTON. What makes anything a fact? Isn’t it an incident 'o'r statement that can I o proven correct or true in every particular? What constitutes evidence to the mind of the Wellington citizen? Is it the statement of someone residing in Sydney or Brisbane? We think not, but when some of our own people light here at home in Wellington make a statement, and it is endorsed by many, they all agree; under these circumstances, wo call them facts —and they are every-day facts, because they are occurring every day. Don’t take our word for what is sa d. If you are not satisfied, ask them. People don’t make such assertions without good reason. Mr T.
