EXECUTION OF A MURDERER.
(Received April 14, 4.50 p.m.) MELBOURNE, April 14. McNamara was hanged at Melbourne Gaol for the murder of his son by burning a dwelling-house. After breakfast, the condemned man attempted to commit suicide by dashing his head against - the bars of the cell, inflicting a gash on his head.
