Mr Herbert P. Eavgon gave a very entertaining lecture to an appreciative audience at Worscr Bay on Saturday evening. His subject was the septic tank system of drainage as applicable to the district, and he treated it in a very able manner—receiving a hearty vote of thanks at the close.
