MISRULE IN TURKEY.
(Received. March 9, 4.45 p.m.) LONDON, March 8. Britain, France, Russia and Italy have presented a Joint Note to the Turkish Government protesting against the hindrances and harassing conditions placed in the way of Cretans’ personal and commercial intercourse in Turkey.
