SPEECHES BY IRISHMEN.
(Received August 20, 6 p.m.) LONDON, August 1.9. Mr John Dillon denies that Mr Michael Davitt spoke at the same meeting in Chicago as Mr O’Donovan Rossa, referred to yesterday. In a speech at Milwaukee Air Davitt said the Irish people would not fight England with weapons of anarchy.
