To-day at noon Messrs Harcourt and Co. will sell by auction at their rooms, 4S Lambton quay, for removal within fourteen days, the wood and iron buildings recently occupied by the New Zealand Times,” and the New Zealand Typewriter Company. The building extends from Lambton quay, a depth of 50ft to the brick building at the hear. The plate glass windows will be sold with the building. At 2.30 p.m. they will sell the desirable residence of Mrs D.' T. Stuart, Claremont grove, containing 12 rooms and kitchen exceptionally well built and fitted with every modern convenience. About half an acre of land is laid out as orcuard and vegetable garden, surrounded with macrocarpa hedge. The dwelling is in excellent condition. Only one third cash is required. The Wellington Harbour Board calls for tenders for the construction and delivery of two steel mooring buoys and of hydraulic jiggers. Messrs F. K. Jackson and Co. will sell stock at Johnsonville, at 11 a,m, to-day.
