THE BUBONIC PLAGUE.
(Received August 3, 8.10 p.m.) SYDNEY. August 3. The President of the Board of Health has received private advices of the bubonic plague having re-appeared at Noumea. Precautionary regulations are being enforced against vessels from New Caledonia. LONDON, August 2. Only one new case of plague was reported during tho week in South Africa. This occurred at Port Elizabeth.
