LONDON, July 12. Many newspapers applaud Phillips for his courage in no-balling Mold. Others insist that the Marylebone Club ought to make a clearer definition in regard, to throwing. The spectators jeered Phillips for noballing repeatedly. Richardson, the other umpire, declares that Mold bowled fairly throughout. (Received July 14, 5.35 p.m.) LONDON, July 13. In the cricket _ match Gentlemen v. Players, at Kensington Oval, Abel put up a score of 147.
