A BY-ELECTION.
(Received June 28, 0.19 a.m.) LONDON, June 27. Mr Foster, the Unionist candidate, has been elected for the Stratford-on-Avon Division of Warwickshire, by a majority of 1778 votes. The pro-Boer views of the Radical candidate largely contributed to his defeat. [This by-election was caused by the death of Colonel V. Milward (Conservative), who was returned unopposed at the last election.]
