LONDON, June 26. Charles Lillywhite, who was arrested in AVcllington on a charge of being concerned in a murder at Colchester some years ago, has been released from custody. Yesterday Alessrs Skerrett and AVylie received a cablegram from Lillywhite, containing the one word, “Liberated.”
