Messrs Harcourt and Co. have for sale Iwo level building sections at Newtown. No reasonable offer will be refused. Attention-is drawn to the sale of-hir Michael O’Connor’s stock at the Palmerston yards on Thursday , April 4th, Mr OlConnor’s fat stock have topped the market year after yeay, and the lot to be sold on April 4th is exceptionally good. Mr G. W. Smart gives notice of his intension to apply for a discharge from bankruptcy on, the 15th prox. Messrs J. H. Bethuae and Co. publish in our advertising columns particulars of an attractive residential property to be sold by them by auction, on Friday, April I2lh, at 2.30 p.m.. by instructions from the Registrar of the Supreme Court at the reouest of the mortgagee. Morris, 91, Taranaki street, announces that he will give a, discount or 2s in the pound on’boots from and including to-morrow* till Easter.
