Mr J. G. W. Aitken’s lady supporters are invited to meet at 3.30 this afternoon at the Oddfellows;’: Hall, and his Newtown supporters at 8 o’clock this evening at Mr Adams’s residence. Mein street. A special meeting of the Wellington Woollen Company will bo held to-morrow evening to confirm, tho special resolutions passed at the extraordinary general meeting held on the 12th inst. The annual election of officers will take place at the- monthly meeting of the Women’s Social and Political League on Thursday next
