FRANCE’S NAVY
LONDON, March 25. ; France has begun the construction of two ironclads, which are to cost a million and a half sterling each, 'jhey are to bo vessels of 14,865 tons displacement, with-a speed of 18 knots an hour each, and will carry fifty guns.
