CONVICTS IN REVOLT
— MUTINY UNDERGROUND. (Received .'larch 21, 1.5 a.m.) NEW YORK, March 20. Two hundred and eighty-four convicts working in the Lansing Colliery, Kansas, have mutinied below ground, and will not allow the guards to return to tho surface. They threaten to kill tho guards unless better food is provided. Tho Warden refuses to comply with the renucst.
