UNREST IN RUSSIA
DISTURBANCES AT ODESSA AND MOSCOW. ST. PETERSBURG, March 18. A state of siege exists at Odessa, ono of the, principal ports on the Black Sea; at Kieff, an inland town on the river Dnieper; and at Kharkoff, another inland town in Southern Russia. Since the Holy Synod' of the Greek Church pronounced the excommunication of Count Leo Tolstoi, the aged reformer has been daily cheered in the streets by the public of Moscow. Tho Count has been accused cf participating in the recent disturbances in the city.
