'With, the exception of the Janet, the yachts got away .quickly. The Sunbeam gradually crept up on the Eleetwing on the run to Mrnly, rounding tlie buoy in third place. Squaring forlionie, the Sunbeam ran away from the others, and led to the finish. Comparing the tinies, the Sunbeam won, with one minute fifty-seven seconds to spare from the Janet. ; SMALL-POX IN AUSTRALIA, (Received March 19, 1.7 a.m.) SYDNEY, March 18. A man named Thynne, living at Leichhardt, has been found to he suffering from small-pox in a mild form. He came from Calcutta by the Euryalus, the steamer which brought the Melbourne patient.
