FURTHER DEVELOPMENTS. SYDNEY, March 15. The ease of Walters, who has been attacked by plague, is a mild ore. PERTH, March 15. Two fresh case:-: of plague have yc-curx-e.i here, the v'ctinxs being Charles Findlay, residing in Newcastle street, and Em e;t Locke, a member of the Legislative Assembly, residing with the Colonial Under-Sccretary. The other patients are uoing well. No infected rats have been found in Perth yet.
