BUSINESS NOTES.
The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company will hold a sale of stock at Feilding at 1 p.m. to-day. The entry includes 4000 sheep and fifty pigs. Messrs Williams and Kettle will sell at Beecroft’s on Tuesday, 19th inct., 70 hack and harness horses from Gisborne. On behalf of the Hon J. D. Ormond a number of horses by Dreadnought, Medallion and Spinfeldt will he submitted. Mrs M. A Mackenzie, chemist, Vivian street, has removed to Searl’s Buildings, opposite the Government raihvay station. ’Messrs Hurcomb and Son, 74, Cuba street, has wild rabbits for sale at Is per pair.
The Wellington Hospital Trustees invite tenders for printing work. Messrs G. Thomas and Co. will sell at 11 o’clock to-day, without reserve, 311 sacks of chaff from Blenheim. Alessrs Harcourt and Co. have for sale a saddlery and harness business in a progressive Alanawatu town. The Wellington.'City Council invites tenders for the lease of the section in Brandon street recently occupied by the Fire Brigade. The Public Works Department invites tenders for fencing the departmental buildings. •
