THE CONINGHAM CASE
(Received] March- 11, 11.4 p.m.) SYDNEY, March 11. The second! hearing of the {divorce suit Coningham v. Coningham and O’Haran was commenced to-day before Mr Justice Owen.
Mr Jack. Q. 0., ooimsel for corespondent, searchingly ' cross-examined Conin^ham 1 with the object of establishing that letters hadbassed between the petitioner and Mrs Ooningham since the last trial.
Ooningbami denied' any knowledge of certain letters.
