Alessrs Macdonald, Wilson and Co. announce the sale at Nelson street. Petone. on Wednesday next, at 1.30 o’clock, of tho whole of-tho-housohold furniture and effects of m live-roomdl house.' On Thursday. <at their mart, they‘will sell, under bill of. sale, commencing at 11 o’clock, the contents of a well-furnished 10-roomed residence. On tho 28th March they willj offer, at auction an improved dairy and sheep farm near Otaki. details of which will be: found iu the advertisement in the auction column.
Tenders are invited for the plant, dies, etc., of the Milton. Pottery. Mr Newton King, New Plymouth and Stratford, has for sale properties of all descriptions, including many of the choicest dairy farms in Taranaki. The Bellevue Gardens (late McNairs) are now ready to receive visitors. The residence has been thoroughly renovated and refurnished, and placed under the management of Mr Maughand, late of the Steam Ship Company,. The City Council invites tenders for its annual contracts for supplies and works.
