In the Reichstag, Count Von Billow, tlio Imperial Chancellor, in reply to questions about the Kaiser’s' visit to England, said:—“Wo will live in peace with England, but practical polities are dependent upon reoipropity. Our foreign. politics will not bo affected by. dynastic considerations or the ties of relationship.”
