ATTACK ON THE KAISER
(Received March, 7,. 11,57 p.m.) LONDON, March 7
As the Kaiser was driving from the Rathskeller at Bremen' to the railway station at Dietrioh, a '.workman named Welland threw a piece of iron, and slightly injured the l Kaiser on the cheek.
Welland, who is subject to epileptic fits, gives confused answers when questioned.
The Kaiser’s journey was not interrupted.
