CABLE CONTROVERSY.
March 2. Sir W ; Ilia in Lyuc does not think that the Pacific Cable Board’s condemnation of the New South Wales agreement with the Eastern Extension Company will have much effect on the State Government. He considers that Victoria should have adhered to tho arrangement between the two States.
