STAR BOATING CLUB. Another heat of the Junior Soplls of the Star Boating Club was rowed last evening, C. E. Rowland beating D. AV. Duff by several lengths. Tlie rowing of tho heats, both of the Senior and Junior Sculls is to bo continued to-morrow. This afternoon, at half-past two o’clock ilio Kempthorne Fours of tho AATflinglon Rowing Club will be decided.
