A cargo of Victorian wheat per Ophelia sold at 30s 3d per quarter. Lead is quoted at £l4 7s 6d per ton. FROEN MEAT MARKET. NAPIER. March 1. Nelson Bros, Tomoana, received the folowing cablegram to-day regarding the London frozen meat market:—“Stocks afloat and arriving are very heavy, and there is a further fall in values. Today’s quotations are: Best Canterbury, 4Jd per lb; Napier and North Island, 4id.”
