CONINGHAM DIVORCE CASE
ALLEGED CONTEMPT OF COUttT
(Received .March I, 10.0 n.m.) SYDNEY, March 1.
The Full Court to-day granted the application of Arthur Coningham, the petitioner in the Goningliam divorce suit, calling upon a city bookseller to show cause why a writ of attachment should not issue against him for contempt of Court for publishing a pamphlet commenting upon the approaching re hearing of the Coningham divorce suit.
