FPJ3SS ASSOCIATIONPALMERSTON, February 27. The polo match Victoria v. Oroua was played to-day. The weather glcriou*, and there* was a large altentiance. Victoria played C. Robertson instead cf Affleck, and Omnia was minus the sendees of A. Strang, who is suffering from a broken collarbone, L. Gower filling the vacancy. The gamcsvas the most interesting ever played on the local ground. Fast, open play w.ts its special feature. There was no seen e luring the first five spells. Victoria, os ;he result .of a fast rush, nearly the ength of th© field, scored just previous' o the call of time in the final spell. The jam© ended as follows :—Victoria, one goal; Oroua, nil.
