In the Supreme Court yesterday, before Mr Justice Edwards, a decree msi with order for custody of three children, was granted to the petitioner in the undefended case R. Ward Tate v. Emma M. Ward. Tate and Archibald W. Phipson, co-respondent. Costs amounting to £2o each were grmxted against respondent. and co-respondent. Mr R. C. Kirk appeared for the petitioner and Mr Skerrett represented the co-respondent. m . . ,_ , The case of Iraia te Whaiti and John Sinclair, of Whatarangi, v.
