The A and B Classes of the above company bold their second competition for class trophies at Karori range on Saturday. ranges being 500 and 700 for A Class, and 500 for B Class, ten shots at each dis. tance (handicap!. Some splendid shooting was made by several members at 500 yards, but the strong light and the change of wind when 700 yards was commenced upset the calculations of members there, the shooting not being quite up to the mark. CURE FOR CHOLERA .INFANTUM—NEVER KNOWN TO FAIL. During last MJay an infant child of our neighbour was suffering from cholera infantum. The doctors had given up all hopes of recovery.
