NEW: ZEALAND CONTRACTS.
(Received'"August .18, 8.50 p.m.) . / SYDNEY, August IS. Contracts for the supply of Newcastle coal to New Zealand for nest year are now being offered. Some nit-owners refuse to have anything to do with the business unless a rise and fall clause is inserted in the agreement. Others are disposed to take up the contracts on a basis of ten shillings -per ton for the' whole twelve months.,
