MAFEKING STILL SAFE
(Received Januarv 23, 10 p.m.) CAPETOWN. January 22. Reports from Colonel Baden-Powcll indicate that Mafoking was safe on tlio 10th instant. The garrison were then cheerful and were slated to bo in. possession of food supplies which would h'-sc till April.
