MELBOURNE, Monday. A movement is on foot for the preparation of a monster petition, representative of the whole of Australia, praying the Imperial Parliament to reject tho Commonwealth Bill. It is also proposed that a delegation should bo sent to London to present the petition. [A private letter from Brisbane states that thereT is a great deal of opposition to federation in that city.
