MEMORANDA.
The friends of the late Mr Alfred Robert Holland are invited to attend his fhneral, which will leave his late residence at 2.30 this afternoon. The Queen Eleaaior has arrived from New lork, and consignees are requested by the agents to present bills of lading, pay freight (if any) and take delivery of their cargo. Messrs Gillespie and Welch, ot Hah street, Masterton, negotiate loans, effect insurances and undertake commission work. The thirteenth annual general meeting of the members of the Wellington Kennel Club will be held in the Trocadero, Willii street, on Thursday, 25th May, at 8 p.m. The second term at Wellington College will begin on Thursday, Ist June. The second term at the Girls High School will begin on Monday, the 29th May. , , ... Mr G. McKenna announces that he will not be responsible for any debts contracted without his authority. Mr W. F. Shortt will sell household furniture at his new mart, Willis street, at 11 o'clock this morning. Messrs Francis Sidey and Co. will sell freehold property in their rooms on Tuesday June 6th Messrs- Fabian Bros, and Co. will sell salvage from Dr Rawson’s residence at 2.30 p.m. to-morrow. Mr R. E. Beckett will sell a valuable freehold farm at Marton on Saturday, 10th of June.
The train arrangements on the Te AroWoodville line for the 24th May are advertised.
