CENSURE OP MILITARY LEADERS. Mads|p, Sunday. As an outcome of the 'recent heated debate in the Cortes, in which severe criticism was passed upon the ability of the Spanish naval and military leaders in last year’s war with the United States, Marshal Martinez Campos, who commanded the land forces in Cuba, and Admiral - Cervera, commander of the fleet that was demolished off Santiago de Cuba, have demanded a Parliamentary inquiry into the conduct of the war.
