THE KHALIFA’NOT DANGEROUS; . . just a-N uisance. Received February 23, 3.15 p.tn. Cairo', February 25. , It is not intended to attack the Khalifa in the desert. General Hunter regards him as a nuisance, but not dangerous. The British troops at Cairo are ready to proceed to the front if the necessity should arise.
