IDENTIFICATION OF BURGESS
Brisbane, January 25. Two persons from Oxley, which is in the Nuudah district, picked out Burgess (the man now in custody on. suspicion of being concerned in the Gatton murder) from a number of others as a man they had seen in the Nundah district about the time of the murder of young Hill. "While the police ’were absent from the scene of the test Burgess changed his position in the line, and snatched the hat from the next man’s head.
