Press Association. Received November 4, 10 p.ni. Melbourne, November 4. A quantity of jute . Being , discharged from a lighter caught fire; and a woman naiiied Qollipr was burned to death jn lier bunk below. Another woman named Dutch, who was also below, rushed on deck with her clothes in flames and jumped into the river. She was rescued, but is dreadfully burned and is not likely to recover.
