At the Thames Cycling Club meeting at Parawai,W.Tierney, tha Auckland champion, was in great form, winning tho Thames Championship, quarter - mile, three miles, mile and a*baU handicaps. Hia attempt to lower Reynolds* record for the track for a mile was unsuccessful, tho track being very heavy.
