Messrs Murray, Roberts and Co. have received the following wool market cablegram from their London house, Messrs Sanderson, Murray and Co, dated 10th May The sales have closed with rates unchanged. The market is very irregular, and 38,500 bales are faeid over. Messrs A. G. Taine and Co.'s report for their Saturday's horse sale is as follows: The very wet weather was against a large entry of country horses, but we had a good f sw local entries and a large number of traps, harness and covers. We sold a good “ turn out ” at £l3, horses from £3 10.4 to £7, spring trap at £6. and a lighter one at £lO. No were entered. For next week we expect a. large entry of ounfry and other horses. At present there is a demand for young and active harness ispria.
