The Customs Union Convention between Cape Colony, Natal and the Orange Free State has agreed to an increase of the duties on coal and coke of 1s per 1001 b, and a decrease) in duty on frozen beef of Id per lb, and a decrease in the duty on flour of 6d per 1001 b.
