Royal Arthur, from Akaroa, and H.M S. Tauxanga, from Napier, are expected to-day. The Wellington Infantry Battalion of Volunteers, wbo will be accompanied by the Garrison Band.willthisforenoonjfurnish a guard of honour for His Excellency the Admiral of the -Australasian squadron, on his landing in this city.
