THE BANK LIQUIDATION.
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, April 2. Mr Justice Williams has fixed June, 15th for tho examination of tho Hon J. 6. Ward, Messrs John Fisher, Anderson. Hannah and Birch by the liquidator of tho Ward Association.
The name of Mr Watson, president of the Bank of Now Zealand, was struck out for the present, as the Judge did not see why he shonld be called, from what appeared in the liquidators’ report. -
