By Telegraph.—~Pveßß Association, Foxton, December 17, . The directors of the Manawatu Railway. Co. (Limited) have generously subscribed to the proposed mission to send Mr J. Holmes as the Colony’s ambassador to Europe and America, for the purpose of ascertaining the hindrances that affect the sale of New Zealand hemp, and to report on the best moans of securing a continuity of trade.
