Ritchie, President of tho Board of Trade, has arranged with tho North Western Railway Company for tho reinstatement of tho Unionists who wore dismissed, and tho employees have undertaken notto go outon strike ponding the negotiations which are being carried on for an increase of wages and shorter hours.
